Chartered to the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH) and an expert witness for the courts in Occupational Health, Safety and Risk Management Practice. We in AMA Healthcare have provided Expert Witness Service for over 18 years.
Definition: An Expert Witness is a person whose qualifications and expertise give an added authority to opinions or statements given or made by them within their area of expertise when acting for a party in Court. The purpose of expert evidence is to assist the judge in reaching an independent conclusion on a matter.
In the position of HR Manager of a major company, and subsequently as a Management Consultant to clients, I have had and continue to have the pleasure of working with Anne Dowling, Consultant Occupational Health Advisor of AMA Healthcare.
